(PALM COAST, FL) Sept. 29, 2011 - The Flagler/Palm Coast Campus of Daytona State College will host a Latin American cultural evening on Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 5 to 6 p.m.
International students attending the college through the U.S. Department of State’s Community College Initiative program and Carlos Robles, a Fulbright Scholar in Residence at Daytona State, will make presentations about the culture, music and customs of their native countries of Brazil, Costa Rica and Panama. A question and answer period will follow.
The presentations, which are free and open to the public, will take place in Academic Hall (bldg. 2), rm. 119. Daytona State’s Flagler/Palm Coast Campus is located at 3000 Palm Coast Parkway Southeast.
